Welcome to the New Month of August

Thank you Jesus! Thank you Jesus! Thank you Lord!

We have countless reasons to say thank you Lord.

You have been extremely good to us. You gave us grace to see the light of a new day. We are seeing the light of a new week. We are seeing the light of a new month.

It is the eighth month of the year. To end this year, it is just five months to go. Just a number of weeks, a number of days to another New Year.

It is you, Lord. It has just been you all the way.

You have brought us this far to bless us.

When the challenges of the days, tides and times came like a rushing wind, you raised a standard against them. You empowered us to face them squarely and overcome them.

Today, we are able by Your Grace to raise our head up and face the world and say surely, God is with us.

Lord, as we start this new month, I pray that goodness and mercy shall follow us even beyond this month to the next months in Jesus name.

I pray that the Lord open to us new doors of opportunity and everything we lay our hands on shall be prosperous in the name of Jesus. May the Lord continue to sustain each of us and our families, in good health, enriching our joyful days, removing from our hearts and our lives any and all cause of sadness and sorrow; filling our hearts with joyful songs and reasons for laughter and jubilations, so that we shall joyfully praise His amazing name, in Jesus Mighty name
